New homeownership is a remarkable milestone in a person’s life, but it frequently comes with difficulties. In The Atlantic’s Hints for Navigating the Newest Challenges of Homeownership, Miguel Angel Campubri teamed up with Wonderlust Studio to envision the problems and solutions of new homeownership.

Miguel departed slightly from his usual style on this project, opting for more essential images and condensed detailing that helped to simplify the complex house-buying process.

The final result is a series of endearing situations in which the main characters go through the steps of choosing security measures, finding a property and coping with financial decisions in a cheerful and uplifting style.
